We're blessed to have excellent volunteer ministry leaders at First Free Church. Working closely with our pastors, staff, and church officers, these volunteer leaders provide exceptional leadership for some of our church ministries, teams, and outreaches. We're grateful for them. These ministries could only happen (or happen as well) with them.

This past week, I had the chance to meet with one of those excellent leaders, Tammy Badstibner. Tammy works with our Women's Ministry Leadership Team to offer programming specific to the women of our church and community, including events like the upcoming Spring Kick-off event on April 12.

Here is a brief note of introduction from Tammy:

I was in 6th grade when a friend invited me to the youth group at First Free. Four years later, my family started attending Sunday morning worship here. When I returned to the area after college, God used a few special people to help me get plugged back into First Free and find post-college friendships, ultimately leading me to where I am today. My husband Eric and I, along with our three children, currently reside in White Oak and consider it a blessing to be part of this community where we both grew up and are now raising our own family of McKeesport Tigers. It is pure joy to serve the women of First Free in the church that has done so much for me. I invite you to join us as we grow in the knowledge and love of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We have wonderful programming available specifically for women throughout the year that I encourage you to plug into. Women's Ministry at First Free is where you can come, grow, serve, and invest in your relationship with the Lord and others. I would genuinely love to get to know you!

Have questions? Want to learn more? I encourage you to reach out to Tammy Badstibner through our church office. She's here to help and would love to connect with you.
